Refunds Policy
At Windows Cleaning Service, your satisfaction matters to us.
- If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours. We will offer a free re-clean to correct the issue.
- If you remain unsatisfied after the re-clean, and the issue is due to our fault, we may offer a full or partial refund.
Refunds are not available for:
- Situations beyond our control (e.g., inaccessible windows, bad weather)
- Late cancellations or no-shows
- Services completed as agreed
- Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
