Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change.
- Customers may reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before may incur a 50% service charge.
- If our team cannot access the property upon arrival, it will be treated as a missed appointment and may be charged in full.
- In the event of bad weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule for safety reasons at no cost to you.
