These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the services provided by Windows Cleaning Service.
1. Service Overview
We provide on-site window and exterior cleaning services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients across the UK.
2. Bookings
Bookings can be made online, by phone, or by email. We confirm all bookings in writing. By booking, you agree that:
- Access to the property is provided at the agreed time.
- Water and electricity (if needed) are available.
- The property is safe for our staff to work on.
3. Payments
Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or secure online link. Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
5. Refunds
We offer refunds if you are not satisfied and we cannot reasonably rectify the issue. Conditions apply; see our Refund Policy for details.
6. Liability
We are fully insured. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage to windows, frames, seals, or sills.
- Staining caused by defective seals or oxidation.
- Delays caused by severe weather or access restrictions.
7. Safety
Our cleaners follow strict safety protocols and use PPE, water-fed poles, and ladders in accordance with UK Health and Safety Executive (HSE) standards.
8. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, or copy our content.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by UK law, and any disputes shall be handled in UK courts.
